I offer focused, psychology-led coaching for senior leaders. Not motivational platitudes. Practical, structured sessions designed to give you clarity on what’s getting in the way and what to do about it.
I prefer to use psychometric tools to ground the work in evidence, not just conversation. If you’re open to it, we’ll use profiling (Lumina Spark or Hogan) to understand your wiring — how you lead, how you show up under pressure, and where your blind spots are. It sharpens the coaching and gets us to the real stuff faster.

Most programmes run 3–6 sessions. Some leaders want ongoing support — we can build that in. Either way, you should notice a shift within the first couple of sessions.
